Henley Charles is an Online Estate Agency that has been trading in and around Birmingham for over 20 years. They asked us to design and develop a fresh and stylish website that could combine the management of property buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
WOOBRO created a custom software for Henley Charles’ WordPress website. Every user now has their own account, profile and dashboard, so clients can manage their own business on-site.
Landlords can upload their own property information, and viewings can be booked using the new smart calendar. Tenants can view properties that fit their requirements and even make offers to landlords. Our client Henley Charles can also easily view and control interactions and transactions as they happen.
As well as the above, we developed a comparison calculator, enabling visitors to compare Henley Charles’ rates with other online agency rates. Then integrated the Jupix Estate Agency Software API to ensure a top quality user experience for all users.
